Sarfy, our guide, was fantastic.
He contacted us the night before to confirm pick up time and place. He was punctual and patient. He tailored the tour to our needs and even added a few surprises along the way. He was focused on getting the best out of our day even though the weather was a little cloudy. The transport was very comfortable with plenty of leg room. His van was equipped with phone chargers, portable WiFi. He gave us every opportunity to view Mt Fuji taking us to some beautiful spots. We were lucky enough to have the clouds part revealing Mt Fuji and giving us several great photo opportunities. Thank you so much for an amazing day Sarfy. We will definitely book again.

Ali Ahmed is a fantastic person . He guided us perfectly during Japan golden week when the crowds were crazy . He is very patient and polite . He will share tit-bits about Japan if u feel like having a conversation . Very clear in his communication (english) and puntual . He will not rush you but understands that u r on a vacation and everone has different choices so he will give advise and options but the choice of what u want to see and how long is yours . Great trip where we could see Mt Fuji on a sunny day in May , great conversations with Ali made the time fly .

The tour was fantastic. I enjoyed very much. Out guide Agnes really went beyond the call of duty to make sure we were all enjoying the tour. It helped that the weather was perfect so we had perfect views of Mount Fuji from morning onwards. Not clouds. She pointer everything clearly. Out driver was very good as well.

The tour guide was extremely friendly, and her cheerful personality made the whole experience a lot of fun. The spots we visited were also great for seeing Mt. Fuji and taking photos. The spots themselves were beautiful to look at. Of course, you have to make sure you catch really good weather, and we were lucky enough to do just that. Here are a few pictures from our tour. Definitely a recommendation for anyone who loves nature!

It was an amazing tour. Will was an amazing tour guide, he kept the entire bus ride interesting by talking about history and fun facts about the places we were visiting. The only downside I can point to is that we didn't get enough time to properly explore places. And I recommend upgrading to First class in the ship ride because it gets too crowded.

Very well organized, everything went perfectly as planned. Our guide 'Captain Jack' was very friendly and gave us all very interesting information on all the sites we visited. Even though we were a large group, Jack made time for all travellers to give them personalized information and help. I really recommend this package. You see a lot on one day.

Everything was nice and easy, from the pickup to the drop-off, we were looked after and there were no issues. It was not the clearest of days but the experience was great.
