It was amazing trip with my wife , we enjoyed the trip . Kousei guide was very enthusiastic and took personal care of timing and details explanations on the way helped us make trip a good experience . We covered many places and great places

We had a wonderful tour to the Mount Fuji area with our guide, Kousei. From the very start, he was friendly and cheerful, making everyone feel welcome. He explained the plan for the day and gave clear directions for meeting points, which made everything run smoothly. Kousei knew all the best spots for photos and was always happy to take pictures for us. He also answered every question with great knowledge and enthusiasm. One of the highlights of the day was trying the famous black egg, and we felt especially lucky to enjoy such clear visibility of Mount Fuji – a truly unforgettable sight! Overall, it was an excellent experience and we would highly recommend this tour, especially with Kousei as your guide. Our tour guide jack was amazing! He was trilingual and made sure everybody knew what was going on and where to look and where the best pictures were, we also got to see the entirety of Mount Fuji and take pictures. Overall, one of the best experiences I got to have in my stage in Japan, even if you aren't as lucky as us to be able to see all of Mount Fuji the way the tour is set up is perfect and definitely an amazing experience.

I really liked the tour. We were lucky to go during a clear sky day. Not many clouds so we could see Fuji a lot. Our Guide Tom is very good Person. Explained a bit the history behind all the sites we visited. We also went on a weekend special holiday. So everything was a bit overcrowded. And there was lot pf traffic. But still fun.

Tom the tour guide communicated well. It was not too vigorous and It was a fun packed say with many experiences. Unfortunately didn't see Mount Fuji but it was a cloudy day and I can't fault the company for that.

A lovely day early into my Tokyo visit. Our guide Wanting Was highly knowledgeable, funny and really nice. Her English was better than mine! The trip was enjoyable in a comfortable and airy coach. Everywhere we visited was interesting and the scenery was wonderful. Sadly mount fuji wasn't visible. Due to clouds, although it did try to make an appearance and I think Wanting was genuinely disappointed for us . Obviously, nothing can be done about the weather. Wanting was very patient with stragglers and I loved her positive and determined attitude to give us a good day, so thank you for that. In all we had a lovely day with some memorable experiences. Highly recommended.

I loved the tour experience itself. I liked seeing the different locations. And seeing Mt.Fuji was lovely!. Tour guide could have told us how much we need to for the lunch or where the ATM locations were so that we also could enjoy the lunch instead most ate at Lawson.

My favorite part was that I didn't have to worry about how and when we would go to places. I could enjoy the sites without opening Google maps.

This was a good tour of some of the area around Mt Fuji. The tour guide Jack was very friendly and knowledgeable, and always happy to take pictures of groups. Obviously, views of Mt Fuji are very weather dependent, but the tour had plenty of interesting things to see, regardless.

I had the most incredible experience on the Mount Fuji Guided Day Tour with Lake Ashi Cruise and Hakone Ropeway, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful guide, Ms. Wanting. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her storytelling brought each destination to life, whether it was the majestic beauty of Mount Fuji or the peaceful charm of Lake Ashi. She handled everything with care and attention, making sure the entire group felt comfortable, informed, and engaged throughout the day.

We had an amazing experience lead by our tour guide Jack. He was very knowledgeable and funny. We were so excited to be in the top 10% of Travellers that get to see Mt Fuji in the summer, the clouds parted and made way for some amazing photos. The Pirate ship cruise was a nice break from the bus and the gondola ride was super fun! We would definitely book another tour again! Thanks again Jack!!!

Our guide Jack made the tour even better, he was very knowledgeable and knew all the best stops for pictures and food/drink If you can, make sure you get Jack as your guide, he was very good!

Special thanks to our guide Wanting for making this a memorable experience. She was very knowledgeable about Mt. Fuji and Japan, felt like we were experiencing the tour with a local friend, not just a tour guide. She is very passionate about Japanese culture and it shows. The bus ride was beautiful and we got to see a lot of amazing sights in just 1 day.

The activity was well structured and was very enjoyable. Time at the Mt Fuji was a bit restricted but aware that there had been issues on the highway which reduced our time but we got to do most of if not all of the activities. The meal was amazing just a shame we did not get to see the drum show. Nothing can anticipate the weather in seeing Mt Fuji - but the experience overall was amazing and will recommend to people in the future.

I should have read better the description of this tour. We spent a lot of time in the bus commuting from one place to another. We barely had time to enjoy any of the sightseeing places. The Mount Fuji view was more a trap for tourists to spend money... overall, very disappointed with the tour.

It was a great experience despite no sighting of Mt Fuji. The lunch & cruise was good. A bit of rush through at station 5 & the rope way with so many other tourists. The English speaking guide Kayo Chan was an excellent guide. She speaks good English, was helpful & gave relevant information of the tour & Japanses culture & etc.

Was a great day. Weather was kind to us so we got a great view of Mt Fuji. Kazu was a great guide. He was very organised, attentive to everyone’s needs and kept everyone on time, in the right locations and up to date with the itinerary and instructions. The trip included all stops exactly as described and just enough time to see without lingering. If you only have a day, this tour fits a lot in given the distances you need to cover. Don't forget to take something warm. Was only 10 degrees at Mt Fuji and also cold and windy at the Ropeway and boat rides.

The activity covered lots of experiences and we could not have covered all of this ourselves. Very organised. Tour host was great! Exciting to cover all the modes of travel and see Mount Fuji

Aside from the uncooperative weather, it was a great experience. Angie, our tour guide, was incredibly informative and brought such a cheerful energy that made the tour even more enjoyable.
