We recently did a Mt. Fuji tour for our honeymoon. Our tour guide, Sawaki, was so knowledgeable, funny, and patient with every guest on the trip. He truly has a passion for giving people amazing experiences and he deserves every ounce of praise for making this trip so memorable! Although Mt. Fuji's peak was not visible on the day we chose, he made origami mountains so that people can "get pictures of the peak". 10/10 service from Sawaki!

Anna, our guide was very knowledgeable and so caring. She ensure she giving out all the important information and we get to where we need to and back in time. We had horrible traffic, and also due to the delay in itinerary able to see Mt. Fuji too clearly.

Ticketing was easy to work with. Linda, our tour guide did her best to try and fit the itinerary within the alloted time. She can be hard to understand when speaking english, but she is very professional and energetic.

Sia was super organized and friendly. We got to all of the stops on time and the communication via WhatsApp was very helpful.

This was a lovely little day tour with many great landmarks around Mount Fuji. Even though the weather didn't allow a clear view of the mountain the trip was still very beautiful and we especially enjoyed the Oishi park and its lovely flowers. The busride was very pleasant and our tour guide Luna was very kind and competent.

The English spoken by the guide wasn't very good, and the explanations about the tours were poor. On the other hand, to tell us to buy ice creams and its all-you-can-eat menu in 40min to eat there we had explanations during 20min ...

Brewski, our tour guide, made this experience fun and also helped us learn more about Japanese culture and history. He was not only pleasant to interact with but communicated well with the guests and helped us move through the itinerary smoothly. I would give the tour itself 4 stars, though. They omitted one of the stops without notifying us in advance. They said "the itinerary changed" the morning of, which just meant they were not taking us to one of the sites. The time allocated for the stops where we can actually see Mount Fuji were not long enough and I felt rushed. However, would recommend this tour if all you want is to see Mount Fuji for an affordable price and come back to Tokyo at a reasonable time to enjoy the city.

It was such a good day, our guide Martin was so fun and a great guide! Highly recommend this tour.

everything worked perfectly on the tour

I really liked the tour. We were lucky to go during a clear sky day. Not many clouds so we could see Fuji a lot. Our Guide Tom is very good Person. Explained a bit the history behind all the sites we visited. We also went on a weekend special holiday. So everything was a bit overcrowded. And there was lot pf traffic. But still fun.

Tom the tour guide communicated well. It was not too vigorous and It was a fun packed say with many experiences. Unfortunately didn't see Mount Fuji but it was a cloudy day and I can't fault the company for that.

This trip was an easy day excursion with lots of souvenir shop options. Our guide, Jack, was a helpful, attentive guide and was always making sure our group was on time. However, the trip itself felt quite long. 10 hours is a long day and about half of it is sitting on the bus. Jack told us that only 30% of the time can you partially see Mt. Fuji on a tour like this one. I wish I had known that detail prior to booking. That being said, it was disastrous weather the day we picked, full of rain and clouds, so we saw exactly nothing. Of course, we knew that was possible when booking a trip like this, it was just disappointing regardless. If possible, I recommend booking not so far in advance, so that you can look for a better day weather-wise. Ironically, the day before was lovely sunny weather. Not being able to see Mr. Fuji meant that the trip became a souvenir shopping extravaganza, which is great if that's what you're looking for. It is quite crowded, even on a bad weather day, so be sure to have cash on hand and try a black egg (delicious). I did like the Mt. Fuji water that you can drink straight from the source. It felt very special and unique. The tour was mostly self guided, so you hop off the bus and can explore until a designated time. Because the trip is such a long day and lunch is at 2 p.m., I recommend bringing a 7-11 snack with you. Overall, I think Jack did a good job keeping us going and I think, with the weather cooperating, this would be an extra nice experience for anyone looking to see Mt. Fuji. Just maybe buy a lottery ticket first!

I had the most incredible experience on the Mount Fuji Guided Day Tour with Lake Ashi Cruise and Hakone Ropeway, and a big part of that was thanks to our wonderful guide, Ms. Wanting. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Her storytelling brought each destination to life, whether it was the majestic beauty of Mount Fuji or the peaceful charm of Lake Ashi. She handled everything with care and attention, making sure the entire group felt comfortable, informed, and engaged throughout the day.

We had an amazing experience lead by our tour guide Jack. He was very knowledgeable and funny. We were so excited to be in the top 10% of Travellers that get to see Mt Fuji in the summer, the clouds parted and made way for some amazing photos. The Pirate ship cruise was a nice break from the bus and the gondola ride was super fun! We would definitely book another tour again! Thanks again Jack!!!

Our tour guide jack was amazing! He was trilingual and made sure everybody knew what was going on and where to look and where the best pictures were, we also got to see the entirety of Mount Fuji and take pictures. Overall, one of the best experiences I got to have in my stage in Japan, even if you aren't as lucky as us to be able to see all of Mount Fuji the way the tour is set up is perfect and definitely an amazing experience.

Our guide Jack made the tour even better, he was very knowledgeable and knew all the best stops for pictures and food/drink If you can, make sure you get Jack as your guide, he was very good!

Special thanks to our guide Wanting for making this a memorable experience. She was very knowledgeable about Mt. Fuji and Japan, felt like we were experiencing the tour with a local friend, not just a tour guide. She is very passionate about Japanese culture and it shows. The bus ride was beautiful and we got to see a lot of amazing sights in just 1 day.

The highlight of my visit was seeing mount Fuji whole, and visiting volcanic grounds Owakudani. The village of Oshino Hakkai was too crowded for my taste. Thanks to our guide Jack everything went smoothly and on time.

The restaurant we went to was awful; a disappointing note on an overall good experience. It would have been better if we were advised of our options to purchase food at the stop after the restaurant, which appeared to be better quality and less expensive. Others on the trip also remarked on the poor quality of the food. Had we known, we would not have ordered it and would have waited.

I should have read better the description of this tour. We spent a lot of time in the bus commuting from one place to another. We barely had time to enjoy any of the sightseeing places. The Mount Fuji view was more a trap for tourists to spend money... overall, very disappointed with the tour.

Was a great day. Weather was kind to us so we got a great view of Mt Fuji. Kazu was a great guide. He was very organised, attentive to everyone’s needs and kept everyone on time, in the right locations and up to date with the itinerary and instructions. The trip included all stops exactly as described and just enough time to see without lingering. If you only have a day, this tour fits a lot in given the distances you need to cover. Don't forget to take something warm. Was only 10 degrees at Mt Fuji and also cold and windy at the Ropeway and boat rides.

It was a great experience despite no sighting of Mt Fuji. The lunch & cruise was good. A bit of rush through at station 5 & the rope way with so many other tourists. The English speaking guide Kayo Chan was an excellent guide. She speaks good English, was helpful & gave relevant information of the tour & Japanses culture & etc.

The activity covered lots of experiences and we could not have covered all of this ourselves. Very organised. Tour host was great! Exciting to cover all the modes of travel and see Mount Fuji

Aside from the uncooperative weather, it was a great experience. Angie, our tour guide, was incredibly informative and brought such a cheerful energy that made the tour even more enjoyable.

Laila, our guide, clearly wanted to make our trip to Mount Fuji something to remember. She was very well organised and communicative. When I felt car sick, she asked the driver and arranged for me to sit in the front. But from the description of the tour we expected to get some information about the area, as it was sold as a "guided tour", but we did not get that unfortunately. We were let out of the bus at the designated stops to explore for ourselves. Despite this, we had a really nice experience. The time to explore at the stops could have been a bit longer (maybe 1 hr 15 minutes instead of 1 hour), but we appreciated that we went back relatively early and got back in time.

Our Mt Fuji tour today was exceptional, not only due to the favorable weather and breathtaking Mt Fuji, but also thanks to our tour guide, Leong Wai Yeong, who demonstrated kindness and provided excellent assistance; we highly recommend his services.

We would appreciate a bit more of guide information from your part concerning the places we visited. We would appreciate to stop for lunch in a better location, there were some not far.

Our tour guides were friendly and helpful. They spoke English, Japanese, and Chinese well. They provided background information about the sites we visited and gave us the freedom to explore independently. The driver helped us to feel safe in our trip there and back.

It is a value for money experience, the guide was very good, the excursion includes multiple beautiful places to take pictures and appreciate the scenery. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because the driver was driving a bit dangerous and the food was slightly cold. 100% recommended to have Damon Guo as a guide, very good guide with a friendly, patient and funny personality.

Pros: 1) Organized tour to the mountain and two lakes 2) Informative guide 3) Nice boat trip Cons: 1) The lunch was just terrible. When we arrived the food was already sitting on the table. I do not know for how long. But my fried chicken was hardly warm and it tasted horrible. I love any food in Japan but this was just bad.
