Our host Sia was lovely! Very positive and impressive language skills. The tour hit some great spots and we got a great view of Mt. Fuji!!
We recently did a Mt. Fuji tour for our honeymoon. Our tour guide, Sawaki, was so knowledgeable, funny, and patient with every guest on the trip. He truly has a passion for giving people amazing experiences and he deserves every ounce of praise for making this trip so memorable! Although Mt. Fuji's peak was not visible on the day we chose, he made origami mountains so that people can "get pictures of the peak". 10/10 service from Sawaki!
The English spoken by the guide wasn't very good, and the explanations about the tours were poor. On the other hand, to tell us to buy ice creams and its all-you-can-eat menu in 40min to eat there we had explanations during 20min ...

It was a very nice journey. The guide was very kind and explained us the Information we needed. Thank you for this experience!
Brewski, our tour guide, made this experience fun and also helped us learn more about Japanese culture and history. He was not only pleasant to interact with but communicated well with the guests and helped us move through the itinerary smoothly. I would give the tour itself 4 stars, though. They omitted one of the stops without notifying us in advance. They said "the itinerary changed" the morning of, which just meant they were not taking us to one of the sites. The time allocated for the stops where we can actually see Mount Fuji were not long enough and I felt rushed. However, would recommend this tour if all you want is to see Mount Fuji for an affordable price and come back to Tokyo at a reasonable time to enjoy the city.
Most of the locations were fabulous however the guides english wasn't great. Instructions were uncler or often indecisive about timing which made things confusing. He also rambled a lot with repetitive comments. It would have been nice to get some history and context on locations rather than hop off here and take photos (of a convenience store????). Had no idea why we'd stop to take photos of a convenience store.
Linda was very nice and friendly. Comfortable bus and beautiful places.
Erina our guide was very good, does her job very well. More power to you guys.
everything worked perfectly on the tour

The tour guide Sia was very good and the weather was great.
Nothing because we were forced to miss the tour due to miscommunication.
The trip was amazing , especially our tour guide An Tong. She was very very good and helpful. So much fun and a great experience . Thank you. Jana
The day we went we could not see Mount Fuji because of the weather, we recommend to check before and not to book so far in advance. Our guide did not speak English very well so it was difficult to understand and in the places she did not give us explanations, she just left us there and went to meet us at a meeting point a few minutes later.

Ethan was professional, fun and kind. I definitely recommend this tour, including families. My kids had a great experience!
Our tour guide Erina was amazing. She ensured the entire tour was impeccably planned and made sure to give us the necessary information for every spot we were visiting. Definitely recommend booking this tour and you'd be super lucky if you get Erina as your tour guide 👍🏻👍🏻
The tour with Martin was amazing! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this guided tour of Mount Fuji to anyone. It’s a must
Your staff was so nice. I had an amazing time with my mom
Overall good value for money. Our guide Brewster was very funny and we were lucky to see Mt.Fuji that day.
Guide did not give us a tour, just took us from place to place

Thank you very much for the whole organisation. I appreciated the fact that you contacted me by whatsapp one day before. We loved the stops and all the places we visited. We would appreciate a bit more of guide information from your part concerning the places we visited. We would appreciate to stop for lunch in a better location, there were some not far.
I was amazed by civic sense of the people, natural beauty of the country and cleanliness all around.
It was a great trip. The guide was very nice , enjoyed a lot
The tour guide Christy was awesome and very informative
Very nice outing in complete safety, with a very friendly guide (Laner Jin) who explained the day very well. Plan to do the "Onsen" activity in the afternoon, a truly immersive Japanese experience!

Laila, our guide, clearly wanted to make our trip to Mount Fuji something to remember. She was very well organised and communicative. When I felt car sick, she asked the driver and arranged for me to sit in the front. But from the description of the tour we expected to get some information about the area, as it was sold as a "guided tour", but we did not get that unfortunately. We were let out of the bus at the designated stops to explore for ourselves. Despite this, we had a really nice experience. The time to explore at the stops could have been a bit longer (maybe 1 hr 15 minutes instead of 1 hour), but we appreciated that we went back relatively early and got back in time.
Our Mt Fuji tour today was exceptional, not only due to the favorable weather and breathtaking Mt Fuji, but also thanks to our tour guide, Leong Wai Yeong, who demonstrated kindness and provided excellent assistance; we highly recommend his services.
The places are so nice. And Mizki, our tour guide is very friendly and knowledgeable
Our tour guides were friendly and helpful. They spoke English, Japanese, and Chinese well. They provided background information about the sites we visited and gave us the freedom to explore independently. The driver helped us to feel safe in our trip there and back.
It is a value for money experience, the guide was very good, the excursion includes multiple beautiful places to take pictures and appreciate the scenery. The only reason why I don't give it 5 stars is because the driver was driving a bit dangerous and the food was slightly cold. 100% recommended to have Damon Guo as a guide, very good guide with a friendly, patient and funny personality.

Pros: 1) Organized tour to the mountain and two lakes 2) Informative guide 3) Nice boat trip Cons: 1) The lunch was just terrible. When we arrived the food was already sitting on the table. I do not know for how long. But my fried chicken was hardly warm and it tasted horrible. I love any food in Japan but this was just bad.
Hi, the guide is awesome and perfect.... soon to book again on my next trip to Japan... I forgot his name he speaks Chinese fluently.
Leonard our tour guide was awesome
